Aimee’ D. Norman, licensed funeral director and embalmer, has been the service manager of Neptune Society Cleveland since 2024 and has shown that she is dedicated to serving the community. In her role, Aimee’ is honored to walk families through the process of when a death occurs and consistently advocates for her client families. Her biggest passion is ensuring that every family she encounters feels their loved ones are cared for by a member of their own family.
Prior to her role at Neptune Society, Aimee’ has been in the funeral industry for over 10 years with experience in sales, operations & teaching within the industry. She has also previously been licensed in Pennsylvania as a funeral director/embalmer & insurance agent before moving to Ohio during the end of Covid in 2020.
