A Message from Martina Fern, Director of Philanthropic Giving:
At this point, I don’t need to tell you how challenging the year 2020 was. We all felt the weight of the pandemic, the economic concerns, and of course, the worry about our friends and family.
Sometimes it’s next to impossible to wrest a bit of positivity from a bad situation, but I try. And the one thing that truly makes me happy is witnessing how our community comes together when times are tough. There is a spirit of genuine care for our neighbors across Niagara County, and it means the world. In 2020, more than 4,000 of you made gifts to Niagara Hospice; that is just remarkable! To think that, in the middle of a pandemic, so many of you found it in your hearts to memorialize loved ones and help other families when they truly need it most.
We can’t possibly list all of you, but please know that our gratitude is immense. You can click here to see a list of neighbors who gave $100 and more. On behalf of all of us at Niagara Hospice, thank you for your generosity and kindness. It’s heartwarming to know that you are by our side in such a steadfast way.
In deep gratitude,
