I like industrial properties in the five boroughs because the average toll into New York City for a 5-axle truck is $58. This creates a distinct pricing advantage for storage and distribution businesses to have it's operations located in the City. Besides, where else can you get quality food within steps of any building you go to?? Don Peppe's in South Ozone Park is still my top post-tour dinner!
