I-10 Nightly Lane Closures

CALCASIEU PARISH – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces lane closures along I-10 Westbound. These lane closures will start five-hundred feet before PPG Overpass and end .5 miles past I-10 Westbound off-ramp to I-210, Exit 25.

The closures will start Monday night on I-10 Westbound Lane 2 (Inside Lane) and inside shoulder. The entrance and exit ramps throughout the closures will be open to public. These will take place at night, from 8 P.M. - 5 A.M., starting Monday night, March 24, 2025, through Tuesday morning, March 25, 2025.

The following areas with lane closure:

• Inside Lane (Lane 2) I-10 Westbound five-hundred feet before PPG Overpass and ending .5 miles past I-10 westbound off-ramp to I-210, Exit 25.

These closures are necessary to conduct roadway repairs to shoulders and inside lanes to provide motorists with a safe travel lane free of hazards.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
