Nightly Ramp Closure from Eastbound Dulles Toll Road/Dulles Airport Access Road to Northbound I-495 Monday, Nov. 18 Through Wednesday, Nov. 20

Motorists should follow posted detour to access northbound I-495

FAIRFAX, VA – The ramp from eastbound Dulles Toll Road/Airport Access Road (Route 267) to northbound I-495 (Capital Beltway) is scheduled to close during overnight hours Monday, Nov. 18 through Wednesday, Nov. 20 to allow crews to conduct paving wok as part of the 495 NEXT project. The ramp will be closed and detoured each night as follows:

9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19
9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19 to 5 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20
9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20 to 5 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21

During hours when the ramp is closed, drivers on eastbound Dulles Toll Road/Airport Access Road who want to reach northbound I-495 will be detoured as follows:

Exit onto I-495 South using Exit 18A to Richmond
Take Exit 46B for Route 123/Chain Bridge Road North
Continue in ramp-lane and immediately exit onto I-495 North

In the event of inclement weather or other delays, this work may be rescheduled or prolonged. Drivers are urged to use caution and expect potential delays if traveling through this area.
