📍30100 Town Center Drive, Suite R,- in Town Center

Stretch Zone Laguna Niguel is proud to introduce a new approach to wellness and mobility in the community. At Stretch Zone, trained practitioners lead clients through dynamic, practitioner-assisted stretches designed to increase mobility, improve muscle function, and make everyday movements more efficient. In a welcoming, comfortable environment, clients can simply relax while the practitioners do the work.

The data is clear—stretching on a regular basis delivers real results. Consistent stretching has been shown to improve range of motion, increase overall flexibility, and enhance back flexion, helping clients move more freely and comfortably in their daily lives.

Stretch Zone Laguna Niguel invites local residents to experience the benefits firsthand with a FREE 30-minute stretch (first-time residents only). It’s an opportunity to feel lighter, move easier, and discover how great the body is meant to feel. Visit their website for information.

Shake Shack Gets

the Green Light!

A Shake Shack was recently approved by the Planning Commission. This project will replace the former IHOP near the intersection of Alicia Parkway and Aliso Creek Road. Plans call for demolishing the vacant restaurant and constructing a new 3,418-square-foot Shake Shack with a dual-lane drive-thru, outdoor patio seating, updated landscaping, and improved parking and circulation. The restaurant will also be permitted to serve beer and wine for indoor, on-site consumption.
