That's how you're designed to feel but if you're even 1% dehydrated it will be harder to concentrate and your reaction times will be slower (so, if you're driving, it's important to keep a bottle of water or a piece of juicy fruit in the car to stay alert).

Breathe - and Bathe - with Confidence
You can absorb more toxins via showers and baths than via drinking water, as we breathe in the chlorine gas and absorb contaminants through our warm open pores as we bathe.
