A good night's sleep is the best healing tool we have. It helps us spiritually regenerate, physically repair, emotionally process and mentally sort out our memories.
Restorative, restful sleep keeps us vibrant, active and alert so that we can care for our loved ones, perform well at work and enjoy life to the full.
More and more factors now disturb good quality sleep, including noise, artificial light, screens and wireless technology. Also if you've got an overloaded liver you may find night sweats or constant trips to the bathroom make it hard to sleep.
Nikken have specialised in sleep research for over 40 years and their unique sleep system, comprised of a mattress topper, duvet, pillow and sleep mask is designed with patented technology to create a comfortable, safe cocoon to combat a wide range of potential sleep disrupters:
- It uses breathable hypo-allergenic latex and bamboo, which keeps you dry, and repels dust mites.
- The soft egg-box nodules massage you all night through, so it's best placed on a firm base.
- It cocoons you in magnetic field which protects against harmful wifi.
- The mattress topper is key if you have metal springs in your mattress which can otherwise act as antennae.
- The far infrared absorbs heat if you overheat and cools you down if you're too hot.
- Watch the two short videos for more details.

Superjuice Offer - Get 75% off your second twin pack until Oct 31
As we head into shorter, darker days the vibrancy of summer sunshine lives on in the rich juicy harvest from our fields and orchards.
Fruit is one of the most easily digested foods and is jam-packed with goodness, so adding plenty to your diet will strengthen your resistance to winter bugs and help you stay hydrated.
Given that nature designed fruit to be delicious to birds and insects in the hope they will eat and spread the seeds, it can also be intensively sprayed. This means buying organic makes a big difference, especially if the fruit has a thin skin.
One fruit drink that is definitely organic as well as GMO and preservative free, is Nikken's Super Ciaga. Its blend of Maqui Berry, Elderberry, Blueberry, Blackberry and Raspberry delivers exceptional levels of vitamin C, antioxidants and anthocyanins. It's naturally sweet and has a yummy taste that children love and can be added to smoothies.
Super Ciaga Offer
: Super Ciaga is sold in twin packs of large recyclable eco-friendly 946ml bottles. Each bottle normally costs 27 GBP online (or 24.30 GBP on autoship) and keeps for 30 days after opening when kept in the fridge.
Until Oct 31
you can get a second twin pack for only 13.50 GBP. That's 75% off.
