Self Storage Portfolio

ATLANTA, GA - September 29, 2021 - NitNeil Partners, a leading developer of self storage in the Sun Belt, has announced its plans for its latest portfolio. In August, the Company sold a 22 property portfolio to Life Storage, Inc. (NYSE: LSI) as disclosed in LSI's 8-K filing.

The latest portfolio will be concentrated in high growth markets across the Sun Belt region similar to the previous portfolio. Spanning across six states and totaling 700,000 square feet, the initial properties slated for the portfolio are as follows:

  • Raleigh, NC (410 W South Street; in operation)
  • Round Rock, TX (16700 Ranch Road 620; in operation)
  • Smyrna, TN (851 Isabella Lane; under construction)
  • Huntsville, AL (2312 Memorial Parkway; under construction)
  • Stone Mountain, GA (5636 Redan Road; under construction)

In addition, the Company is actively working on the following new projects that will commence construction in the coming months:

  • St. Peters, MO (1610 Woodstone Drive; construction starts in Q4)
  • Lake St. Louis, MO (2995 Technology Drive; construction starts in Q4)
  • San Antonio, TX (2600 SW Military Drive; construction starts in Q1 2022)
  • Austin, TX (853 Airport Boulevard; construction starts in Q3 2022)
  • Huntsville, AL (Pulaski Pike & Country Club Ave; pending zoning approval)
