While we are so happy that Virginia has been making progress against COVID-19, and that our area is moving into Phase 2 of re-opening, we are just not ready to re-open our doors.

The intimacy of our store makes maintaining a safe social distance difficult. We are looking at what fixtures can be removed and how to realign our stock to fit reduced shelving space. We are not sure any of you can imagine the shipping and delivery warehouse our sales floor has turned into (we have a hard time wrapping our heads around it sometimes!).

It's safe to say, our store set-up currently does not lend itself to the normal bookstore browsing while also keeping staff and customers as safe as possible. We know we will re-open and get to see your smiling eyes (behind your masks) at some point. We are working on it!
