HIGHLIGHTED CLASSES: THERE'S STILL SPACE!
NEW CLASS: CIRCUS FITNESS
Circus Fitness: a class is for ages 11+ that meets  Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:10 p.m . Coach Marissa will be utilizing our TRIA partner's research on injury prevention in circus in order to tailor this class to the needs of Circus Juventas students. This class will address particular weaknesses seen in CJ students that could lead to injuries. Exercises can even be tailored to specific needs of the students in the class! This is a great opportunity for our intermediate/advanced level students looking to round out their training and prevent injuries. This class is a fixed fee of $125 per session
