You don't remember your PIN?
We've all been there! When you login to our
, there is a link underneath the PIN number or Password box that allows you to reset your password. Click on that, and you can get started setting a new PIN.
You have overdue books?
All due dates for items currently checked out have been extended and no fines will accrue on materials while the building is closed.
You have holds available?
Don't despair: if you've been eagerly awaiting a new book that came in for you before the building closed and you weren't able to pick it up in time, please know that holds will still be there when we re-open.
Your card was blocked?
No judgment here! Thanks to the hard work of the Westchester Library System IT staff, blocked cards are able to access our digital content.

You returned a book to the library and it's still showing up on your record as checked out?
Until the library is reopened, we aren't checking books back in. Any items you may have already returned will remain on your record until we reopen. We do ask that you not return your items to the library until we open again.
