Message from President

Greetings Soroptimists!

Why did the witches' team lose the baseball game?

Their bats flew away!

We have one more week to sell-out the tickets to Dueling Pianos. I hope each of you will search your address books and send emails, make a phone call or two, post on Facebook and help get those seats filled at Sierra Nevada. No one will do it for us. If we come together, and work hard I know this group is unstoppable. Thank-you in advance for doing your best for our club.

On another note, I really enjoyed meeting all of the guests we had at lunch last week. There was a great buzz and energy in the room with so many in attendance. Thanks for our members who reached out to friends and colleagues and brought them to club. Cal Water sure did a nice presentation for us as well.

Finally, I hope to see many of you tomorrow morning at the Chico Chamber event we are hosting at The Elks from 7:30-8:30. Let's have a good showing and some early morning fun!

Happy Committee Meeting Week!

It's another great week to be a Soroptimist!

With Gratitude,

 Chamber Business Connections (CBC)
We will be hosting a Chamber Business Connections (CBC) tomorrow,  Oct. 24th at Manzanita Place (Elks Lodge).    This event is an opportunity for us to let chamber members know what we do in our community and who we are.  We will also be live on Facebook.  Chamber members will be arriving around 7:15am and it will conclude at 8:30am.
