The measure for Heel Pain requires at least 2 visits and for you to demonstrate that the care you provided resulted in a decrease in pain for your patients. It is possible that you had patients who you treated who did not return because they got completely better. Now is a good time to review your patients who you treated for heel pain and make sure you have a second value of their pain level so that you are able to report this measure.
