No Matter the Crisis, We Are Here for You
President & CEO, Clara Reynolds
The Crisis Center's Response to COVID-19

The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay understands this is a very stressful time full of uncertainty and anxiety. Our staff are available 24/7 to provide emotional support when you dial 2-1-1.

We have taken precautions to ensure the safety of our staff. We continue to operate the Gateway Contact Center, Sexual Assault Services, Corbett Trauma Center counseling, and TransCare Medical Transportation Services without interruption. To access any of these services, you can dial 2-1-1; or for general questions, call the Crisis Center at (813) 964-1964.
Finding a Safe Space After Trauma
After spending almost two years trying to build a life for herself in Florida, Rosa finally called 2-1-1 for support in March. As a 40-year-old trans woman, she had repeatedly experienced discrimination, hate, physical assault, and sexual assault in rental properties and job environments.

Thanks to Fueling the Frontlines for Keeping our Staff Fed!
Over the past few months while COVID-19 has been impacting our community, Fueling the Frontlines has been working with local restaurants to provide food to frontline workers. The Crisis Center has been the beneficiary of these meal donations several times. Food is always the way to our hearts, and we appreciate the delicious meals while our staff continue to work hard to support the community through this pandemic.

Thank you, Fueling the Frontlines!
Celebrating EMS Week with our TransCare Staff

The week of May 17th thru 23rd was National EMS Week!

While celebrations looked a little different this year to maintain social distancing, we were still able to show appreciation for our TransCare staff with a BBQ, daily corn hole competitions, and meals throughout the week to recognize them for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
Thank you Corporate Partners!
Thank you Crisis Center of Tampa Bay Funders!
