Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Welcome to the new month of April & the beginning of the 2nd Quarter of the year! I Trust that The Lord is at work in your life & though we may not often realize or understand what God is doing or how He can turn situations around for our good; yet we still need to Trust Him all the time! However, one of the weapons that the enemy can easily use to distract you from what God is doing, or to frighten you not to keep Trusting God, is Intimidation. That's why for the next few weeks, I'd be sharing this message in this series! So don't miss it! By trying to Intimidate you, the devil intentionally puts you in fear & goes all out to make you timid. Although David was God's choice & anointed servant who was on his way to fulfilling his destiny & becoming King; (as I believe you're on your way to Fulfilling your Destiny in God!) However, when he came face to face with the enemy called Goliath; the enemy tried everything possible to Intimidate David; but David Never allowed Goliath to Intimidate him! He not only overcame Goliath's Intimidation tactics or weapon; he Overcame & Defeated Goliath! However, before he had the guts to face Goliath, he had to Prepare adequately! Also, if you Must Overcome every Goliath & his Intimidation in your life; You'll Need to PREPARE to Conquer him! Ultimately, the Anointing Prepared David to face & Conquer Goliath because it gave him the capability beyond his natural ability to do the impossible!

  I don't know whatever Goliath has been Confronting and Intimidating you or for how long he's been Intimidating you; But if you must Conquer your Goliath, then you must Prepare to do so! Goliath (& his Intimidation) is Not someone you can march out carelessly to fight, talk less of win; You must be Prepared to do so if you must Win! Therefore, you ultimately Need the Anointing of God upon your life which Prepares you to be able to Overcome & Conquer your Goliath and All his Intimidations! David's Preparation involved Five things that I'd be sharing with you over the next couple of weeks in this series.  

The First thing David Conquered before he was able to Conquer Goliath - which you also Need to Conquer - is FEAR! The key reason why non of the Israelites' army could challenge Goliath was because the were afraid of him. So Fear became the major obstacle to their Victory. "When the Israelites saw the man, they all ran from him in great fear. (1 Sam: 17: 24). While others were busy running from Goliath & his Intimidation, David quickly Conquered that Fear of Goliath that has gripped every other person, & he started to inquire to know what will be given to the person who kills Goliath. Without this Victory over Fear, he couldn't have faced Goliath or his Intimidations! ... Before you can face that Goliath in your life, family or business; you must Conquer Fear in your life. Too many people are Afraid of many thing. Some people are Afraid of change, failure & some are even afraid of success. Others are afraid of man, rejection, mistakes & even some are afraid of the unknown or the future. But in all these, God has Promised us Not to be Afraid! You can Conquer your Fears as you Prepare to Overcome Intimidation & every Goliath in your life! (Watch out for Part 2).
