As part of the Association’s annual lawn renovation process, please be advised of the following updates in preparation for scalping and overseeding, which will begin on October 13, 2025: 

• No lawn mowing on October 8, 2025 - Regular Wednesday mowing will resume once the newly planted ryegrass is established



• Temporary irrigation shutdown - Lawn irrigation will be turned off during the renovation period to facilitate the transition to winter ryegrass.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prepare the community landscaping for the seasonal turf change.
