Be patient - don't turn sprinklers on yet
It is common each spring to see vast fluctuations in temperatures from warm days that have us ready to get out and play, then back to cooler days and nights. Because of this temperature shift, it's important to refrain from turning on your irrigation system.

Set a goal of turning sprinklers on no earlier than Mother's Day. For supplemental watering until then, consider hand watering dry areas, trees and shrubs.
Household Chemical Roundup coming to Parker
The first Household Chemical Roundup of 2019 is taking place in Parker on May 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Parker Joint Services Center, 17801 Plaza Dr. Proof of residency in Douglas County is required to participate. Residents will be asked to donate $25 per vehicle to properly dispose of waste.
