So Simple Spinach Quiche
1 pie crust (Pillsbury refrigerated, frozen or homemade)
1-10oz. box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese (Sharp is good, but I've tried cheddar, swiss, even mozzarella!)
1 cup French’s dried onions (small can works)
With a whisk, beat together eggs and sour cream then add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
