OSHA's 300A The Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses (Form 300 ) is required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) to classify work-related injuries and illnesses and to record the extent and severity of each case.

DON'T FORGET... Employers covered by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration's (OSHA's) record-keeping rule must post a summary of 2019 work-related injury & illnesses from Feb. 1st to April 30th.
