Planned Parenthood
has asked the Judge to determine the fate of the Fetal Heartbeat Bill with no trial!
This common-sense law would ban nearly all abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected. It is currently on hold because of the lawsuit by Planned Parenthood and the ACLU.
We have to ask -- what would have Planned Parenthood begging not to go to trial?
Could it be ... SCIENCE?

FDA TERMINATES ABORTED BABY PARTS CONTRACT
On Wednesday, I joined Simon Conway to talk about breaking national news.
About a month ago, we shared on-air the disturbing news out of Washington -- the FDA, part of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), had signed a NEW contract with Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR), for “fresh aborted baby parts” to be used for experimentation. They said, “ABR is the only company in the US capable of supplying tissue suitable… No other company or organization is capable of fulfilling the need.”
You may recall that ABR was highlighted in the grotesque undercover videos that spotlighted the buying and selling of aborted baby parts in 2015.
The national outcry from the pro-life community over this latest contract was not missed by Secretary Alex Azar, the new head of HHS.
This past Monday, he announced that the contract with ABR had been terminated and an “audit of all acquisitions involving human fetal tissue to ensure conformity with procurement and human fetal tissue research laws and regulations. In addition, HHS has initiated a comprehensive review of all research involving fetal tissue to ensure consistency with statutes and regulations governing such research, and to ensure the adequacy of procedures and oversight of this research in light of the serious regulatory, moral, and ethical considerations involved.”
While we are pleased to see this strong action by Secretary Azar, we cannot take our eyes off of this Department. Cancelling this contract is a strong step in the right direction. However, until a full suspension of research funding, using aborted baby parts occurs, our work is not done.
