Support needed for
Anti-Incinerator Resolution
At tonight's Town of Union Council meeting, Frank Bertoni & Tom Augostini have an anti-incinerator resolution recommending that Endicott does not allow SungEel to move into Endicott (which is in the Town of Union).
Only 17 are allowed in the Council's audience but everyone can be part of the meeting via Zoom - info is below.
It's important to have as many people on Zoom as possible to show there is huge support for their resolution.
This is a major move for them and for the people against an incinerator in the center of the Village and the Town.
Below is the section about the resolution
Resolution to formally request the Village of Endicott Board to take into consideration various facts and issues of impact on the Town of Union residents related to the proposed SungEel Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Facility project proposed to be located in the Village of Endicott.
Agenda with Resolution (highlighted in yellow) online at
There will be Visitor Hearing section
where the public can voice their opinions.
