September Lunch and Learn - Cybersecurity
Improve Your Personal and Business Security

Tuesday, September 11, 2018 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM MST
Loveland Chamber of Commerce

Please join us for a lunch and learn with Jennifer Kurtz, author of Hacking Wirless Access Points: Cracking, Tracking, and Signal Jacking. In this mini-cybersecurity session, we will discuss a few suggestions for low-cost (no-cost) practices to start improving both your personal and business security posture. Along the way, you will understand how to work toward compliance with Colorado's new (and very forward-looking) privacy law. The bottom line is to start doing something to be more secure tomorrow than you were yesterday.

As threats and attack surfaces proliferate, choosing a strategy to make your business practices more secure can appear daunting, inconvenient, and inordinately expensive: an investment without assured returns. A good place to start is by stripping away the technical jargon and following a few of the commonsense habits we learned as children. Read More and Speaker Bio >
