Ride Metro Micro for FREE on Earth Day!
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) has launched Metro Micro, a new on-demand rideshare service offering trips within several service areas in Los Angeles County, including parts of North Hollywood and Burbank.

The new service is for short trips and uses small vehicles (seating up to 10 customers). Metro Micro is part of Metro’s family of services and has been designed hand-in-hand with our NextGen Bus Plan. The new service is meant to extend the offering of public transit to areas where running fixed-route buses proves challenging.

In honor of Earth Day, Metro is offering free rides* with Metro Micro today (4/22) through Friday. Use coupon code ‘earthday’ to activate your free rides.

After the promotion is over, the new service is just $1. To book a ride, you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, visit our website at metro.net/micro or call 323.GO.METRO (323.466.3876). More>>
