It’s a beautiful play and the Group Rep does their typical utmost to share its brilliance with us. The actors are, to a fault, impeccable and inspiring in their love for the characters they play. I adored the humanism of it. The frivolous playfulness and yet, importantly, the serious study of how a life lived in the pursuit of nothing but money will bring you nothing…but money. Review>>

I Sell Windows

I Sell Windows by Kacie Rogers is about a young black woman’s existential journey through a sudden loss, navigating the intricate interplay of grief, identity, and newfound purpose, all while being a window salesman. The show features Shadow Puppetry created and performed by Brittaney Talbot with Perry Daniel.

The Starlight Bowl

The Starlight Bowl returns this summer July 4-August 24! The City of Burbank’s Summer Concert Series opens with a 4th of July celebration event, including a brilliant fireworks display and performances by Billy Nation: A Tribute to Billy Joel and MIRAGE: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac. In addition, the City’s concert series includes THE FAB FOUR – The Ultimate Beatles Tribute and THE ANSWER, then performances by DSB – a Journey tribute with WANTED, a Bon Jovi tribute. Next is a live band journey through the eras of Taylor Swift and BOOMBOX HEROES followed by The Million Dollar McGraw Show and Gold Rush Country. The series rounds out with yacht rock pioneers YÄCHTLEY CRËW and Burbank-born rock band FIRE DRILL. More>>
