Dear Noble Families,
Throughout the year, classes and individual students have earned Gold Coins and ROAR (Respect Others, Act Responsibly) tickets for demonstrating respectful and responsible behaviors. Last week, every grade level accumulated enough Gold Coins to earn an
all-school BINGO event. We had fun celebrating, and look forward to seeing students work toward earning another all-school event before the school year ends.
Last month, the School Board for Robbinsdale Area Schools approved a plan to launch a new Middle School program featuring STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) education at FAIR School Crystal. Fifth graders at Noble are eligible to attend the STEAM program beginning with the 2021-22 school year for sixth grade. Please note that space is limited. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, May 25. See details below in this newsletter regarding registering your student for this promising new STEAM program.
Enjoy this beautiful Minnesota weather, and stay safe!
Sincerely,
Principal Michael Rieckenberg

This week, 3rd graders in Ms. Nelson's class have been working on their end of unit projects and have done an amazing job using the coding they have learned all through the year. Be sure to ask them about it! 4th and 5th graders in Ms. Yahna's and Sra. Peuschold's classes have really been focused on learning about Functions in coding. They have really had to use their problem solving, computational thinking, and perseverance skills. They have worked really hard and have learned a lot. I am proud of them all!

Additional Food Benefits
Families who are eligible for free or reduced meals for the 2020-2021 school year may qualify for the “Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer” (P-EBT). Please note, families who received P-EBT benefits previously are not automatically eligible, and still need to apply.
Benefits may be retroactive to September 2020, depending on when eligibility for free or reduced-price meals began. To ensure you qualify for the most benefits, please submit your application for educational benefits as soon as possible. Head to rocketscan.rdale.org to apply.
In addition, families are asked to update their address and email. If we do not have your correct address, your benefits could be delayed.
