Noise Level Testing Available to MSA Members

Excessive noise exposure is one of the most common workplace hazards and can result in permanent hearing loss if not properly controlled.

As part of our commitment to serving members, MSA offers noise level testing at no additional cost. Our Safety Consultants conduct onsite assessments, provide a summary of noise readings, and offer practical recommendations to support workplace safety initiatives.

Noise level testing can help determine whether hearing protection may be required and provide valuable information to assist with meeting Saskatchewan OHS requirements.

Interested in learning more about the noise levels in your workplace?

MSA members can request noise level testing by completing the Services Order Form.

WCB Update: Letter of Good Standing Discontinued

WCB Saskatchewan has discontinued the letter of good standing. The clearance letter will now be used to verify a contractor’s WCB status for pre-qualification, contractor management, and clearance purposes before payment is released.

Employers should review and update their contractor management processes, forms, checklists, and documentation to ensure they reference clearance letters moving forward.
