Newburyport Local Cultural Council Seeks New Members
The Newburyport Local Cultural Council is looking for new board members. The Cultural Council is a five member volunteer board whose members are appointed by the Mayor, approved by the City Council, and serve three year terms. Their purpose is to distribute funding made available to the community by way of the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

The idea is that people enjoying a drink at home can provide a tip on that drink remotely. For each tip, funds are directly deposited into the Venmo account of a local (North Shore) industry worker out of work due to COVID-19.
