The University of South Florida College of Public Health recognizes the contributions that women make to the field and honors them annually with the Florida Outstanding Woman in Public Health Award. Nominations are currently being accepted for 2024.
Award nominees should be women whose work significantly contributed to the field of public health in Florida. Candidates may represent any sector of public health.
The Florida Outstanding Woman in Public Health Award is presented annually in conjunction with National Public Health Week. This year’s ceremony is on Wednesday, April 3 and is open to all Floridians.
