In an effort to diversify the pool of young nonprofit professionals in North Carolina and support the next generation of nonprofit leaders, we are excited to once again partner with the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation and other funders across the state to support the Non-Profit Internship Program. The program provides paid internship opportunities to Pell Grant-eligible college students, offering more than 30 paid internships for the summer of 2021.

´╗┐What Students Need to Know:
Interns spend eight weeks during the summer with nonprofit host organizations. Internships offer a range of exposure and skill-building opportunities in areas such as research, community outreach, public policy, communications, fundraising, and social media. In addition to the internship, students will have the opportunity to connect with other interns in the program and participate in ongoing professional development throughout the summer. Interns receive a taxable stipend of $3,200.

Deadline:
Applications are due by Monday, February 15, 2021 at noon (12:00 p.m.).
