SK Recycles’ Phase 3 Draft Depot Eligibility Criteria, 

Operational Standards, Policies and Procedures

Dear Collector,

Our initial analysis shows that your community does not meet the draft Phase 3 depot eligibility criteria. 

We encourage you to reach out to SK Recycles as soon as possible to provide feedback on the proposed criteria and any potential impacts it may have for you.

SK Recycles recently engaged with our stakeholders on next steps in full EPR transition and how it impacts depot collection.  

Funding under the shared MMSW program will stop by February 1, 2028. Communities that wish to enter the SK Recycles full EPR program as depot collectors, will need to meet the final eligibility criteria to get an offer to join the new program.
