Farewell + Hello

We say farewell to Sarah Easley, our incredible events manager, as she leaves the Center after 10 amazing years. In what one team member described as Sarah’s event planning wizardry – from organizing our biggest events like the annual statewide conference to managing seemingly simple Teams meetings – we appreciate her calm, humor, and color-coded details down to the minute! We wish Sarah all the best and look forward to crossing paths again.

Kelsey Jones, Membership Coordinator, North Carolina Center for Nonprofits

We welcome Kelsey Jones to our team as membership coordinator. Born and raised in Charlotte, she’s spent her career honing her skills in relationship and partnership management in both the private and nonprofit sectors. She enjoys using her AMC A Lister status at the movie theater, learning a new craft (crochet is the newest in the rotation!), and spending time with her friends and family.

Health Insurance for Nonprofits

Nonprofits face real challenges when it comes to providing and navigating health insurance benefits for your employees. As a nonprofit ourselves, we get it. That's why we’ve partnered with Marsh McLennan and Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC to provide options for nonprofits to offer health insurance, among a menu of other benefits and coverage for your employees, through our new Association Health Plan (AHP).

Want to know more and ask questions? Join us tomorrow, May 16 at 11:00 am for a free information session to learn about AHP plan options, get answers to your questions, and see how 20+ organizations are saving within the plan or offering employee benefits where they couldn't before. Or fill out an interest form to hear directly from Marsh McLennan. (There’s no obligation to participate in the AHP if you attend the session or fill out the form.)
