Free Nonprofit Workshop:
How to Leverage Resources You Don't Know You Have
How can nonprofit organizations leverage resources such as volunteers, internal and external networks, and partnerships to optimize their work and their organization? The Tufts Health Plan Foundation's third workshop in our new capacity-building speaker series will help answer those questions. Please sign up now.

Topics covered through presentations from experts and engaging roundtable discussions will include:

- Using your formal and informal connections to build networks and potentially your donor base.
- Developing volunteer roles that fit the needs of your organization, and utilize the professional skill set and interest of your volunteers.
- Leveraging volunteers to build your program(s).
- Collaborating with others to maximize impact.
- Building partnerships that provide real benefit to both organizations.
