Nonprofit organizations are increasingly developing employee housing programs as a strategic response to the growing affordability crisis. Without access to stable and affordable housing options, nonprofits encounter challenges in recruiting and retaining qualified personnel, particularly frontline workers, seasonal employees, and staff in lower-wage positions who are priced out of local housing markets. Housing insecurity contributes to employee stress, absenteeism, and turnover.

After this webinar, attendees will leave with a basic roadmap for designing, implementing, and managing successful employee housing programs that strengthen workforce stability while maintaining legal compliance and mission alignment.
