Today, 48 riders from across nine USHJA Zones participated in the Official Horse Inspection and training sessions for the 2018 North American Youth Show Jumping Championships presented by USHJA as part of the Adequan FEI North American Youth Championships, presented by Gotham North.
The U.S. Hunter Jumper Association congratulates and wishes luck to the following athletes who will be representing their zone at the Championships, which are being held August 1-5 at Old Salem Farm in North Salem, New York:

Special thanks to our Chefs d'Equipe Gianna Aycock, Ralph Caristo, Chris Cawley, Rob Gage, Kim Land, Michael Endicott, Sandra Ruiz and Alex Warriner who are leading teams at the Championships.
During the Championships at Old Salem, Show Jumping athletes from the United States, Canada, Guatemala and Mexico will participate in a Nations Cup-style competition that features both team and individual finals.
On Thursday, August 2, competitors will participate in the First Individual Qualifier with Children's riders beginning at 9 a.m. followed by Juniors and then Young Riders.
The team competition will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 3, for Children's, Junior Riders and Young Riders, respectively.
Riders who will not be moving on to the Individual Finals will be able to participate in the Farewell Competition on Saturday, August 4. On Sunday, August 5, the Individual Finals will be held for Children's, Junior Riders and Young Riders, respectively.
