Upcoming Harding Avenue Parking Closures

Begins Monday, July 7, 2025

To efficiently support the street sweepers and street cleaning, the city will begin alternate side parking on selected streets. Parking restrictions will take place on selected weekdays between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. The program is set up to affect alternate sides of the streets, allowing street sweepers to come when most residents have left for the day and will have minimal impact on the parking, and to accommodate for residents that remain parked for later times.

The alternate side parking program is additional support for Operation Clean Water. By improving the street sweepers' access, the city will be able to provide a cleaner neighborhood, reduce pollution from stormwater runoff and improve the quality of Biscayne Bay. These simple practices can do a lot to improve the neighborhood and protect the bay!

What's Happening

Starting Monday, July 7, 2025, the city will begin implementing alternate side parking from 67 to 73 streets, between Indian Creek Drive and Harding Avenue. This will take place during the hours 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on specific weekdays to allow for street sweeping and debris removal.

Please refer to the map to know which streets and days will have the alternate side parking in effect. Follow all posted signage throughout the area as parking restrictions will be enforced.
