Elaine Clair. I would bid 3H showing 5-5 in the majors and a game forcing hand. To me, 2H would be a one round force and 4H would be at least 6-5 and unsuitable for notrump since you’ve gone past 3NT. With an invitational hand I would go through New Minor Forcing.
John Dickenson. I think 2H is forcing unless you play extended New Minor Forcing. Otherwise it is pass/correct.
Bill Bauer. 2H is not forcing since opener rebid their suit. And hearts may be a 4-card suit. (Because east responded 1S and not 1H, east must have 5 spades.) 3H shows at least 5-5 and is invitational to game. 4H shows at least 5-5 willing to play in game in the major of partner's choice.
Dennis O’Brien. With my aceless hand and no club fit, I'm ruling out slam. I would bid 4H for partner to choose his best major.
