Transition to New Water Bill Payment Portal

The City of NRH thanks you for your patience as we transition to a new utility billing system and payment portal. We are running behind with billing during this transition and are working as quickly as we can. We hope to be caught back up in the next two weeks. There will be no penalty because of our delay. You will have 20 days from when your bill is issued to pay.

To pay your water bill online or set up autopay, you will need to register with the new system at www.nrhtx.com/water. You will need both the Customer Number and Account Number from your new water bill. (If looking at a prior bill, use the numbers before the dash for your Customer Number and use the numbers after the dash for your Account Number.)

You will also need the phone number associated with your water account. Please note, this could be an old landline or cell phone number from when you first established your account. If you are having trouble remembering the phone number associated with your account or need other assistance, please email customerservice@nrhtx.com or call us at 817-427-6200. Due to high call volumes, we recently added more call takers to assist you.

New Amenities Coming to Fossil Creek Park

Have you been wondering what is going in at Fossil Creek Park, 6101 Onyx Drive S? NRH Parks and Recreation is excited to announce a Bicycle Playground and Pump Track are coming soon. This will be a popular outdoor active space to be enjoyed by the NRH community.

So, what are a Bicycle Playground and a Pump Track? A bicycle playground is exactly what it sounds like. A playground designed with features for kids to ride. Bicycle playgrounds include features like ladder bridges, rollers and tunnels specifically designed to offer a variety of fun obstacles that safely build cycling confidence. A pump track is a track that allows the biker to move without pedaling or putting his or her feet down on the surface. All you have to do is pump your knees up and down, following the contours of the pump track, to move forward.

Construction is expected to be completed at the beginning of April, but is subject to change if there are weather delays. You can find more information on the Fossil Creek Park webpage.
