New development is coming to the vacant land along City Point Drive around North Richland Hills City Hall. Centurion American Development Group has purchased the remaining 52 acres of the former North Hills Mall property adjacent to City Hall. There will be 364 homes and townhomes and around 400 multi-family residences. Construction will be done in phases and is expected to take 5 to 7 years to reach build out.
