Departmental Weekly Update
Face Masks Required

As a reminder, face masks are required in accordance with Temporary Notice 20-09. This Notice requires mask use in stations with some exceptions.

The Department expects to see an increase in sicknesses that may or not be related to COVID-19 as we enter influenza season. Wearing masks while on-duty in accordance with Temporary Notice 20-09 can help protect you from the impacts of possible exposures and in the evaluation process of who may be deemed close contacts resulting in isolation and/or quarantine orders.
