A fire in the kitchen caused damage at McDonald's on Port Washington Rd in Glendale on September 1. The restaurant needed to be closed while damage was repaired and the building was cleaned.
Fire Commission met September 2 and reviewed performance evaluations for probationary personnel, approved a firefighter recruitment process and approved promotion protocols for Assistant Chief and Battalion Chief.
