Director's Corner

February is Love Your Library month! Our Board of Directors and Library staff work every day to give each person a reason to Love North Wales Area Library. We keep an eye on library trends, your requests and our community needs and constantly strive to keep current. We celebrate diversity and inclusiveness. Stop in the Library this month as we celebrate Black History Month, Valentine's Day and the Chinese New Year with special displays. A new program that has received excellent reviews is our attraction pass loan program. We are delighted to partner with Upper Gwynedd Township and the Friends of the Library to bring Library members 46 attraction passes that can be borrowed for one week. Another new partnership is with Montgomery Township. NWAL staff will be presenting Story Time the second Wednesday of each month and Please Touch Tech days the fourth Wednesday of each month. Both programs begin at 10 AM at the Montgomery Township Community and Recreation Center. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome. Please visit us soon!
