Spring is technically here-as evidenced by the pollen counts and sneezing fits of allergic reactions -but warm, sunny weather has been fleeting. With only a few weeks before summer's swelter begins, we celebrate Memorial Day and Father's Day. Did you know every veteran can borrow a DVD for free at the Library? It is a small way of thanking the military members of our community who have served our country. Library plans for a busy summer are well underway. There will be something for everyone from live theater, art and music to literacy offerings for all ages. Let NWAL be your destination for attraction passes (over 50!), reading material and exceptional programming.

Happy Reading,

Jayne
