Freight Train StoryWalk®
We now have a StoryWalk® set up at the North Wales Area Library featuring the book Freight Train by Donald Crews! A StoryWalk® is a fun, educational activity that places a children’s story (literally a book taken apart) along a walking route in the community. We have a StoryWalk® set up around the library, so you can walk around our gardens and around the library while reading a story. The StoryWalk® is up and ready to go, 24/7! You and your family can come to the library anytime to enjoy the StoryWalk®

To learn more and to watch a fun video of Library Director Jayne Blackledge walking the StoryWalk® and reading to you visit our website at

StoryWalk® was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and has developed with the help of Rachel Senechal, Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
