Company History

NorthWest Collectors has been a valued part of the Missoula business economy since 1960. In 2009 Paul and Linda Heihn relocated from Phoenix, Arizona and purchased NorthWest Collectors. At the time of the purchase, the company was small and consisted of 3 employees. During the course of the last 6 years, Paul has worked tirelessly to create a solid company built on hard work, and the strongest professional and ethical standards. Our collectors all hold the national Professional Collection Specialist (PSC) certification and Paul received the ACA Scholar designation.

Through his business experience and dedication to the collection industry, Paul has created a successful and prospering business that serves a large variety of clients in property management, banking and finance, healthcare and dentistry, automotive industries, and many others.

To assist Paul in managing his growing business, he hired an attorney to serve as in house counsel in 2013. He also added an office manager, 2 additional collectors and brought on a marketing director in 2015. These additions round out his total staff to 8.

Paul and Linda's dedicated staff nominated NorthWest Collectors for the Montana small business of the year in the category of employers with less than 25 employees. This honor was awarded to them by the Missoula Job Service Employers' Council (JSEC) in March 2015. Click Here to View Article
