As has been the story throughout 2021, limited inventory still make this a strong seller's market. Inventory has been slowly rising since it's lows early 2021, and there are more listings in Cuyahoga County than February. With that in mind, historically, there's still less options for buyers than in a typical year

Interest Rates
Look for rates to finish at 3.1 percent, on average, by the end of 2021 and go as high as 3.3 percent by the conclusion of the first quarter of 2022, per the Mortgage Bankers Association. Meanwhile, in its latest rate forecasts, Freddie Mac expects rates to average 3.0 percent for 2021.
