This retreat is designed for those who love beads and stones. You will be using natural rocks, minerals and gemstones for wire wrapping and bead stringing your own beautiful jewelry.
Bring drawing materials: pencils, erasers, water color markers, blue colored pencil, package of copier paper, etc! All supplies will also be available for purchase at The Old Schoolhouse.

Anishinaabe Arts Initiative Grant:
Brian Dow received $956 to buy equipment and create prints of his paintings.
Lavender Hunt was awarded $1,000 to purchase supplies and materials to create traditional Anishinaabe apparel pieces and beaded jewelry.
Pamela Iceman received $971 to create a series of purses, wallets, and medallions.
Jacob McArthur was awarded $1,000 to create a photography series called Springtime on the White Earth Reservation.
