Seeking AC volunteers

Excitement is building as we move closer to the 2024 Annual Conference (AC) Session, to be held May 30-June 1 at the SRC Arena on the campus of Onondaga Community College in Syracuse.

In the midst of all that happens at AC, there is a great need for people to serve as volunteers at various times throughout the three days. Consider living out your discipleship by serving as a volunteer.

Volunteers are needed to greet and escort attendees, assist staff, and lend a helping hand.

                        SAVING GRACE – PART 1

I will be offering Saving Grace: A Guide to Financial Well-Being programs at no-cost to Upper New York clergy. The six-session, small group learning curriculum approaches money management, such as saving, earning, giving, spending, and debt from a Wesleyan and Biblical perspective to help participants reach personal financial goals and achieve a sustainable financial life.

Why you should participate in this program:

2.    You will learn how to track your expenses and evaluate your income.

3.    We will discuss giving and saving

4.    We will look at your debt

5.    This program will help you walk through a personal spending plan that will guide every aspect of your financial life

You will be encouraged in ways to experience grace, peace, and joy in your financial life.

The only cost will be the cost of the workbook.

Information about signing up in advance will be forthcoming. This training is being offered via Zoom on: June 5th, June 19th, June 26th, July 10th, July 17th, July 24th and July 31st. at 11 a.m. The sessions will be two hours long.
