All Camp and Outdoor Activity Applications need to be submitted to at least 2 weeks before the event. Please put the date of the adventure and its location in the subject line.
A handy checklist and flowchart link have been included to help groups determine when they need to submit paperwork. Every COAA needs the cover sheet, list of participants, risk assessment, map to nearest hospital, at least 1 first aider (with current certification), emergency response plan and the route to the site. If your group will be doing any activities that require advanced/specialized skills, parental consent (CAT 3) forms or additional training may be required. This can be evaluated on a case by case basis.
