Dear Northland Families,
As you know, we have been busy this summer preparing for an unusual school year. While we are focused on getting this fall underway (both in-person and online), we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to introduce you to this year’s new faculty members. We are so glad to welcome them to Northland.
Craig Harmann
6th Grade, MS & HS Choir Director, and Musical Director

A graduate of Concordia University, Craig comes to Northland with both private school and church choir director experience. He will be directing our choirs and will be the Musical Director for Northland’s theatrical performances.

Craig loves the Astros and has written and arranged music for choirs and handbells. He is married to Heather Harmann, who joined Northland’s faculty last year, and they have two daughters (both students at Northland) and a dog and two cats.

“The students and faculty that I’ve had a chance to interact with are top-notch, and the community created at Northland is something I’m very excited to be a part of. The thing I love most about teaching is seeing the light bulb go off in students’ heads when they get it, and seeing the growth as musicians—whether that is in musical knowledge, how they create music, as well as the teamwork that goes into making music excellently.”
Pam Lincoln
MS Technology, HS U.S. History

Pam Lincoln earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas – Austin. She will be teaching Middle School Technology and High School U.S. History.

Pam enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and cooking, and she has been a part of Northland life for many years. She and her husband, Thomas, live in Spring with their two sons and dog (who became an honorary Northland student in last spring’s online classes).

“Northland nurtures the whole child—academically, socially, and spiritually. I appreciate the ability to address all three as a teacher. Also, Northland is family. The care and concern among students, teachers, and staff makes a positive impact on everyone. I love seeing students expand their thinking and understanding as they move through a class. Being at Northland lets me keep connected with students I’ve known for years. Watching them grow into caring, thoughtful teens is a joy.
Tamara Reese
HS Counselor, HS Academic & College Advisor, Registrar, Dual Credit Counselor

Tamara Reese earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University and has served in Christian education for five years. We look forward to having her skills in our Secondary Counseling office as she assists students make the most of their time at Northland and prepare for college.

Tamara enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time at home with her husband, Mike, and their five children.

“I enjoy counseling because I love being able to help others as they walk through life. I chose Northland Christian because the atmosphere on this campus was warm and inviting, and the school’s Biblical values align with mine.”
